Pouring at Le Mondial des Cidres Glaces. Pours a clear gold. Estery warm apple aromas. Sweet apples with some balancing tartness. Crisp and very young. Thinner than most and very bright. Crisp acid and tartness lingers on the finish.

Verre de dégustation, provenant d’une bouteille claire de 375 ml, au Mondial des Cidres de Glace du Québec 2008 (Rougemont, QC). Arôme: Odeur de pommes sucrées. Apparence: La couleur est cuivrée. Saveur: Goût de pommes avec une pointe de cassonade. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement sirupeuse. Faible effervescence en bouche. A clear golden pour from which emanates strong candied apple notes. Juicy, very sweet and barely trying to achieve balance through a zip of natural acidity. A pretty easy, direct ice cider that does not try to go further than following a recipe, but remains satisfying.

From the clear golden emanate candy apples aplenty, nearly balanced out by a furtive tart background...Alcohol is barely noticeable, making this sweet treat a satisfying dessert...A straightforward, pleasant, and very serviceable ice cider...
