COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This aromatic and slightly acid cider expresses the union of the "Pomme Raisin" and the "Bohnapfel" two typical cider apples grown in the old traditional orchards of Fribourg. The "Bohnapfel" is a very hard apple when collected which needs two month ripening in boxes before pressing. SWEET.

Clear straw golden body, big bubbled head: Very special cider nose, at first it is closed but it opens with quite some aroma after a little while in the glass, special aromas of licorice, menthol but still super fresh and apple like; To big carbonation on a complex and balanced sweet and quite dry chalky body; Long finish where the licorice aromas grow in strength, great length. Special and very drinkable.
