COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The basis of this confidential "Cuvee" is made with apples of an old isolated tree of Fribourg which variety is now unknown. The apples strong acidity and bitterness have been appeased bu mixing them with some sweet apples so that their delicate and floral flavours could fully express themselves. SEMI-DRY

Corked bottle, from Le Tonneau Verre, Yverdon, 6.1% ABV
Blond color, fizzy, no head. Nice aroma of apples, with mild sourness. The mouthfeel is very dry, with light apple flavor and light citrusy sourness. Simple.

Clear golden body with a green shine, white head; Super intense deep amazingly complex green fresh peel aroma with a slight soft barrel touch; Perfect big soft carbonation, slightly malic acid fresh body; Medium long finish, lots of barrel aroma mixed very well with green apple peel aromas. Great cider.
