Bottle shared at the Cider Tasting. Pours a crisp golden yellow hue, no haze, some legs on swirl with no head. Not a remarkable color. Aromas are crisp apples, sweet and dry, mixing with a touch of honey, syrup, faint spice, and dryness. Nice apple presence, but not overly sweet. Initial is thicker, sticking to the palate well moving into sweet apples, touches of honey, a bit syrupy, with some mellow vanilla, no real spice. Middle lingers a bit, losing a bit of focus, some lingering sweet syrupy apples lose a true apple pronounced flavor, a touch of heat ABV. Finish is lingering crisp apples and swqeet sugary elements. Aroma is great, flavor is nice.

Sampled from the bottle. Poured a clear pale gold with no head whatsoever. Aroma was full of sweet baked apples with a bit of a spice to it as well. Flavor was quite sweet as well with candied apples and a bit of a spice note to help balance a bit. A bit to sweet for my liking. A bit sticky on the tongue.

Pours still and gold. Smells of sweet sugared apples. Tastes sweet and spicy with a nice dessert wine finish.

Radiomgb hooks up a cider junky yet again. Deep golden color, gobs of glycerin cling perilously to the glass, swirling only further the veiling. Aromas of fresh red apples waft effortlessly out of the glass, some spice notes seem to come along as well. The flavor is sweet and warming and the palate is almost chewy. Nice stuff...

Courtesy TheCheeseMan. A clear, still, dark golden body leaves thick, syrupy legs behind when swirled. The aroma shows freshly baked red apples with vanilla, and a touch of orchard must that is really inviting. The flavor is really nice, displaying a balance between sweet and tangy red and green apples, with a touch velvety creaminess to tie everything together. The body is thick and viscous, coating the mouth entirely and finishing with just a hint of alcoholic heat. Drinks much easier than the 16% ABV would indicate. Another solid Canadian cider.

Bottle. Great aroma of apple and sweet alcohol. Golden colour with no head or carbonation. Also great flavour of apple and sweetness, ends up with a warm feeling from the alcohol, very nice endeed.

375 mL bottle, thanks to Bierkönig. Pours orange, clear, with a white head. Aroma is clean apple, hints of almonds. Fullbodied. Flavour is rather sweet, again a clean concentrated apple flavour. Has a slight warming alcohol finish despite being served so nicely cold. Very nice.

Bottle. [Courtesy of Bierkönig, quality tasting @ Papsoe] Spare and diminishing head. Somewhat thick oily lacework inside the glass. Clear and flat looking body with an amber color. Lovely mix of fruity and citrus notes. Lots of fresh apple, hint of almond and somewhat dust feel as well. Full bodied with an alcoholic and dry texture. Somewhat soft carbonated. Heavy sweet flavor with light acidic to counter the sweetness. Very sweet and somewhat fresh apple like warming finish that lingers. 28-09-2007
