Aroma:light aroma of dry apple cider... Apperance:yellow fizzy.... Flavor:very fizzy,light apple flavor...

Aroma is very mild and yields more sweetness than tartness...This is very light, countrylike and humble...Every component here appears unsure to me, not enough apple flavor, carbonation is a bit chaotic...

Strong pop upon opening. Very light yellow, moderately sparkling. Well contained alcohol, easy going tart red apples that are well balanced and not too sweet. On the contrary, most of the sweetness seem to come from a yeasty component, like an apple pie crust doughy. This is all complemented by cinnamon and cork farmy undertones. Crisp carbonation seems to make one with the evolving dryness. Farmy and interesting.

Leather-suede, wax, and a mild barnyard nose with a suggestion of tart apples. Brilliant pale golden colour with plenty of fine-bubbled carbonation. Rather tart and biting flavour is fairly woody with an iodine-like dry finish. Strong effervescence wakes the palate for the flavour sensations. Excellent! Bottle. Merci, Denis!

(750ml bottle) A very attractive bottle and label. Upon un-caging the cork I could feel the volatility building within the bottle - then caution took over to wane the geyser. Ah, to be sampling ciders again. I love this hobby! The slope of the neck causes the first drips of cider to dribble down the front of the bottle - its much like the "all or nothing" attitude when filling the windshield wiper reservoir on your car... you hesitate and you’ll have a mess. Its highly clear body and ever active carbonation are complimented by the tiniest of sediment stirring clockwise in the glass. This could be a perfect example of the “Guinness Effect” with a clear liquid. The nose is of sweet Macintosh apples and a hint of caramelized-iodine. The flavour is biting. Initial fizzy-syrupiness quickly evolves into a bitterness and finally fading to a dry finish. The compliment of the sharp, cheddar-esque goat cheese, Le Chèvre Noir, is euphoric. I would love to endure more cider and cheese tastings.

750 ml bottle. Pours a clear pale yellow color with sparkling bubbles on top. Very interesting aroma of apples, leather and barnyard. Very good flavor of apples, like muzzlehatch wrote it feels like baked fruits, the funky barnyard is there too but more subdued than in the aroma, all in all the flavor is very pleasant. I’m still a novice in term of cider but I like this one a lot.

375 ml bottle, no date but I think probably recent. Quite light, extremely clear and clean amber, huge fizzy dying champagne-esque head with lots of continuing bubbling in the body....light fresh apples in the nose, hints of farminess, moderately sweet...in the body, nice sweet/dry balance, hints of funk, late baked peach/apricot hints...no trace of alcohol, quite pleasant indeed.

Pale gold; aroma of apple, leather, slight barnyard, underlying alcohol. Slightly tart, slightly sappy palate. Flavour is of moderately bitter apples, understated alcohol, and a dry wine-like finish.
