A pink cider with an aroma strong with apples, but also with notes of berries. The flavor is like a sparkling apple sodapop. Quite nice.

Bottle @ Hotel. Clear reddish orange pour with a soda like head. Tangy apple on the nose and a bit of orange zest. A hint of honey, wax, and peach. Sweet up front with peach, apple, and brown sugar. A light tartness on the back end. Aggressive carbonation. Slight mushroom in the background.

Pink-copper colour. Very spritzy. Fresh apple aroma with some light tannins. Sweet & sour character. A little bit of rotten character though. This roughness and the overt tartness without accompanying complexity makes it a tough one to get into.

Rosé cider with a burst of white head, dissipating quickly. Apple and strawberries in aroma. Sour puckering apples with apple peels. Light and refreshing. Tasted Spring 2006.

Sampled from the bottle. Poured a clear ruby red with visible carbonation and no head whatsoever. Aroma was sweet with apples but balanced by a bit of a crab apple note. Flavor was more tart throughout with a good amount of acidity.

2015-02-14. Crisp pale yellow-pink body headless but for a tiny bubbly froth. Aroma is quite mild, with champagne like touches and muted whispers of berries. 6+ Flavour is similarly mild, fruity apple with berry like undertones up front, notes of baked apple. Finish is very lightly dry and tanniny. Light bodied palate, soft effervescent carbonation. Pretty enjoyable but quite mild overall. Bottle at Mondial des Cidres, Montreal.

Bottle, shared with my wife and the Josephsons. Light pink, crystal clear, medium-fine carbonation. Aroma is fresh crisp apples, light must. Flavour is sweet fresh apples, carbonation is lively, finish is medium-dry. Not terribly complex, but as an aperitif it was nice, light and refreshing.

Again those Geneva apples, this time in the Pédoncule line of sparkling ciders...Aroma is not its best feature, and the watery pink appearance does not attract me as well...Lightly sweet pomegranate notes melds with the Geneva apple pulp...Ample carbonation seems to help the flavor cohesion, this is pretty interesting...

Bottle at Mondial 2015 in Montreal with Linh, Ken and Nica. Pours a clear pinkish red with no head. Mouthfeel is aggressive carbonation but not as dry as some of the other mousseuxes. Notes of fruit - apple, cherries, peach and berries; additional flavors of sparkling cider/wine, oak, light dry champagne.
