non-pasterised ciechan pleases my tongue with decent taste. but I cooled it too much and it gives of no aroma, bit skunky but I guess non-pasturised beers are good for very short time so I must have miised the good time, good deal of hop and balanced carbonaton, expected more alcohol which is not so much sahowing, feeling, nice aplate but bit dry, light golden amber colour body,

This beer is unpasteurized, unfixed and unsterilised (everything written on the bottle)- find other beer in the world that could write something like that on the bottle. Natural taste of beer, like old times. You will not be dissapointed .

Quack-Duck (5921) - Down South, GERMANY - JUL 3, 2011
bottle from Carrefour Arkadia Warszawa. Clear golden colour, large white head, quickly collapsing. Fruity nose. Rather light-bodied, malty background with lots of fruit, apple and pear mainly, slightly citrusy, not sour at all - so I think the fruit flavours do not originate in infection. Smooth and velvety palate. Very nice for the style.

7.0% on my fresh bottle. Not bad for a mocne; I mean I just am not getting the big fusels I suspect to come out in these beers. Sweet, some fruitiness, bread, pepper - reasonable favors with some sour acidity late. Bright gold, very clear. Nose of flower, pepper and bread. A little still after a bit, but still lingering carbonation. I just don’t dig this style very often, but Ciechan has done a good job here.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of malt, alcohol, and hay. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, alcohol, and straw, leading to a dry alcholic finish.
