Hazy pale golden colour, dissipating white head. Aroma of citrus, malts, hint of tequila, salt. Salty flavour, Margarita, lime, bit sour. Finish Margarita, even some booze notes. Nice! Maybe a bit gimmicky, but I quite like it!
(from draught @ CBC green session, Copenhagen 2014. Thanks for sharing today’s beers, RateBeer crew!)

Rated based on notes taken on 3 July 2014 -- On tap at the Craft Bar in Destin. This is a phenomenal Gose. Cigar City never disappoints.

Excellent beer, thanks for the share Carl. Very sweet gose. Hazy yellow pour. Lemon, acid, saltiness…pretty close to a margarita in the aroma. Taste had more sweet fruitiness, but still decently sour. Bubbly and lively. Really enjoyed this one.

Bottle from CCB. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Nose is some salt, some lime, some citrus, some dryness, and some bite. Flavor starts out with lime, then goes to salt, then goes to citrus, then to some lactic bite finishing with a nice lime character. Light in body, sessionable as hell, and flat out delicious.

Bottle, courtesy of makrwise, pours with an opaque papery gold colored body that supports a near white head of foam. The aroma offers up tart acidic smelling lemon, some muted thin malt and a dash of salt. The taste is tart and acidic and salty right off the start. It also has mild notes of lemon and lime and a bit of pineapple like fruitiness off in the background. The finish sees some modest salty notes attempt to tame the bold tartness. Pretty nice and refreshing.

22oz bomber shared by dmac! Poured a hazy pale yellow color with a small foamy white head. Aroma and taste are much the same. Sour lemon, floral hops, lime zest and pulp, pale malt, light grassiness, and some saltiness as well.

Bomber bottle via trade, thanks to whomever sent me this. Poured a not so great looking coludy straw gold body, true to style but still not pretty, with a smaller white foamy head. Aroma of limes, salt, tartness, lemons, wet crackers, sllght earth. Flavor is the same as the aroma with more lime throughout but lots of tartness. Body is tart, bubbly carbonation, medium body, slightly chalky. Great beer.

Tap at CBC 2014. Beer in the glass light yellow, small head. Mild sourish aroma. Starts mild sourish, fruity like lemon, notes of kefir. Finish sourish-fruity. Very interesting beer!

Bottle @ home. Thanks, Jake. Hazed straw pour with a short lived white head. Pretty straight forward popcorn, bread, and lemon peel aromas. Some light salt and mild coriander. Sort of sweet. Flavor is mildly sweet and malty. Good bread and popcorn. Some lemon zest and a nice acidity. Slight saltiness. A touch on the spicy side.

Bottle from Matt. Thanks! Cloudy gold without a head. Bubbles mixing throughout. N: Lemon, salt, lime, tequila, grapefruit rind, vinegar. Simple syrup and watermelon.T: Salty and sour. M: Light and crisp. Easy drinker.O: Definitely reminiscent of a Margarita. Fruity and soothing; would be perfect with tacos.
