Draft at WOB. Clearly Apple and cinnamon in the nose. Pie like. Not much hops. Would be cooler if it had some nuttiness or crackery like a crust. Hazy but not murky Amber. Taste is all cinnamon spicing with an almost woody touch. Interesting. Not getting much IPA. Ok

More or less completely unpleasant. Nose is at least acceptable, with heavy layers of cinnamon and maybe a touch of gingerbread spice. But Holy God is this a mess on the palate. Itís aggressively bitter to the point of being undrinkable, and the flavors are all over the place with spices, hints of green apple, and lacerating grapefruit pith hoppiness. The clear early leader in the clubhouse for my worst beer of 2016.

Sample 12/27/14 (Brewery)-Pours a hazy orange with a small head. Aroma of apples and cinnamon. Taste of the same with the cinnamon being a little too dominant. This light bodied brew is different but tone down the cinnamon.

Draft at the Gnarly Barley. Pours hazy amber with a fizzy beige head and sticky lacing. Tastes like cinnamon, red hots candy, and some dry apple cider. Light/medium body and low carbonation. Smells like sweet apple cider, cinnamon, and red hots candy.

Cigar city Apple Cinnamon IPA Sample pour of apple juice looking yellow... Thatís a new one for me... Apple juice yellow. Anyway, it works... Not a ton of head. Aroma is mostly cinnamon and spice with apple forward qualities. Thereís some hop in there but itís either faded or wasnít heavily present. Flavor is mildly hopped with more cinnamon and apple flavors than anything else. Why so much cinnamon? Not fantastic, but I guess it would be better if it wasnít so emphatically cinnamon forward. 25112015

Tallahassee, Fl - on tap at Proof Brewing. Murky, dark gold pour, filmy white head, nice lacing. Aroma of Apple Jacks cereal with an extra dose of cinnamon. Similar taste profile, some cinnamon bun sweetness, some sour green apple in the finish. Thickish mouthfeel. Nice treat.

Delicious crisp apple tart aroma with hops. Murky tan, webby head. Lightly sweet, mineral, muted cinnamon. Implied shortening. Effervescent. Biscuity. Tasty. Long bitter finish. Warming. On tap, Proof.

Smell is heavenly! Like apple pie! Tastes pretty mellow though with some subtle fruity sweetness but you can definitely taste the cinnamon in your nose as you drink. Nice.
