Pours a reddish brown with a two finger head and crazy lacing. Aroma is hops and apples, maybe a little cinnamon in the back. Taste follows the nose. Apples, cinnamon and hops blend so well together it makes you wonder why this isn’t done more often. Smooth and really easy to drink, I love it!

On tap at the Double Windsor. Hoppy aromas, with some cider. The taste is both hoppy and some cider, with cinammon and chamomille. Grows on me, hits the spot, unique IPA with decent drinkability. Tart and caramel. Lacey.

On draught at The Good Life. Pours a hazy amber with a moderate-large off-white head that lasted through mid-glass and left partial lace. Pleasant aroma of apple, cinnamon, and some citrus hops. The flavor is caramel apples, cinnamon, and citrus pith leading into a dry finish. The combination of the apple and dryness at the end just didn’t do it for me. A bit lacking in bitterness. A little disappointing.

On tap at Barcade, Brooklyn, New York, NY. An orange/amber coloured pour with a medium off white head on top. Sweet, hoppy, apple aroma. Tastes hoppy, sweet, apple, spice, some bitterness. Very drinkable indeed.

The aroma is apple cider, citrus hops, very nice. The appearance is a reddish brown, again like apple cider. The flavor is apple cider, cinnamon, citrus. The finish is slightly sweet, apples, grapefruit. Medium in body. Very nicely done.

One of my favorites at Fruit In The Room 2011. Poured orange with a white head. Nose of apple sauce and citrus hops. Flavor very well balance with apples, spices and still a great IPA character to it. Nicely done.

Pours reddish amber. Aroma is hoppy and sweet with apples and a bit of cinnamon. Tastes sweeter than your normal IPA, like a baked apple pie with cinnamon, apples, and some faint hop bitterness. Enjoyable, but certainly not your usual IPA.

Tap during Hunahpu release. Nose is loads of red apple, some spices, citrusy hops and awesomeness. Poured a brown/orange with off white head. Flavor was very clean and refreshing. The apples brighten up the brew even more than the original. Apples and spice plus hops = a very drinkable ipa.

This one caught me by surprise, there was a pleasant scent of apples that were a nice addition to the high hop profile of the regular Jai Alai. Flavors of sweet citrus notes with an undertone of apple was extremely refreshing, albeit too light to really enjoy. Finished nice and bitter with a cleansed palate. I hope next time they go a little higher on the apples here - this can be an even better beer.
