Entering old-rates. Draft @ CCB, petite saison bien sympa aux couleurs dorées avec un léger toruble de foin, col épais blanc. Reste légère et en partie du nouveau système de petits brassins de CCB. Ressent ce profile levure belge avec un fini pomme assez agréable. Ressent pas mal ce profile de pelure de pomme laissant un fini acidulé/aigre qui se mélange bien au profile belge de cette saison. Même à 8% reste facile à boire et très fraîche.

LCBS 2010. Gold pour, white head. Spicy aroma with apples, yeast and a light hint of some funk. Flavor reminds me of the guava grove, but with some apples added. Good, but not a ton different from the GG.

Pours a cloudy orange. Nose is big guava, tropical fruit, funk, hints of green apple. Flavor is sweet sugary fruit, tart unripe fruits, funk, musty. Very little apple presence. If you like Guava Grove, you’ll love this.
