On draft at Cigar City. Pours a porter brown with a tan head. Nose is roasted malt, some dark fruit, some mild black licorice, some mild berry, and some chocolate. Flavor follows with the blackberries taking away any of the lager yeast character of the Baltic Porter. I get chocolate, roast, some light berry, and some licorice in the flavor. Very balanced for such a big beer with so much happening in it. Medium in body and interesting overall.

Pours jet black with a thin mocha head. Aroma of chocolate, licorice, and berries. Taste is roasty nutty with berries and licorice. Tastes a lot like those chocolate raspberry candies. Solid treatment. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours black with ruby notes. Nose is heavy licorice, hazelnut, sweet fruit, roasted malt. Flavor is a mix of fruit licorice and black licorice.
