Nice body and balance. Like a german ipa. Don’t get much adjunct flavor. Citrusy hops.

growler from the taproom... pours a deep orange with a quarter inch white head... light hop aromas with some orange notes... wonderful bitterness over the tongue with some biting citrus notes and a nice layer of cream... medium sticky body with sweet malts and sugar... big citrus finish with a lingering bitterness and a touch of alcohol. another great one from Cigar City.

Pours a golden/light red combination that is cloudy. It’s very smooth for the ABV with a floral taste on the way in and a citrus/hoppy finish.

On tap at The Funky Buddha Lounge. The bartender was really cool and knew his beer. The aroma is creamy with a little hint of fruit. The taste is also smooth and creamy. Hits the mouth and the palate very well.

Draft at Capone’s for the Cigar City tasting with James. Pours a slightly hazy orange/copper with a thin, lacy white head. Aroma of freshly juiced oranges, grapefruit, honey, lavender, and bitter hops. Medium bodied with a tight, slightly tart palate. Finishes with a burst of citrusy sweetness. Awesome American strong.

Tap at Cigar City. Pours a light hazy golden orange with a smaller creamy off white head that laced. Aroma of tropical fruits, grain, nice hop touch. Flavor of the same. So smooth and deceptive.

Growler pours crystal clear copper with gold edges and thin off white head. The aroma is sweet with citrus candy and tangelo Kool-aid (if such a thing exists), some ripe plums, orange sherbet and some spicy hops. The taste is sweet with rich orange sherbet ice cream, some spicy hops, mild grainy malts, a touch of sweet corn kernels, growing citrus and pine hop bitterness. It ends with a lingering citrus sherbet ice cream sense, a bit of grains and quickly fading hop bitterness.

Tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy orange with a thin white head. Aroma is crisp malt, a little cream, spicy hops and orange hard candy. Taste is smooth cream malt, spicy bitterness and alcohol bite. I am really blown away by the flavor and the ease of drinking this brings to the table for a 9% brew.

Tap @ CCB. Pour a clear medium orange-amber color, honey like with an average sized egg shell head. The nose is malty and slightly floral with notes of bread, honey, citrus, and light vanilla. Body is pretty full with a smooth, creamy mouth feel. Flavor is mostly sweet with big notes of caramel and honey there is good amount of citric hop bitterness to balance it out, also slightly peppery. Ok so I know I’m a CCB homer and I own it but I do really enjoy this one, it’s on tap at a few places here in Tampa and I have chosen it more than a few times over other really tasty brews.

On cask at R & H. Pours a muddy brown orange with a small off white head. Aroma of tangy citrus, grassy notes and hops. Taste of tangy citrus, light grassy notes and bread dough.
