Entering old-rates. Draft @ CCB, Halloween time 2010, this beer is for you Lucio Fulci. En effet cette bière est dans les extèmes. Comme boire un vinaigre. Mais en restant honnête bière très aigre, mais qui s’apprécie. Ressent pas mal d’épice de saison et une très belle douceur de vanille, le tout se balance avec un fini qui fait grincer les dents. L’aigreur est vraiment en avant et domine le tout, mais en arrière-goût une pointe fruitée dans les limites du sucré vient donner à cette bière une toute autre dimension.

I had this in the fall in the tasting room at CCB. The bartender informed me that it was a treatment of Guave Grove. It was great, and tasted similiar to GG just a bit more dry and herbasious due to the tea treatment. The overall fruity/yeasty characteristics of the GG where still in place. Gotta love the name too!!!

BRAINZZZZZZZZZ! on tap at ccb. Pours super ugly, murky pale orange
no head. Nose is super lactic, funky, vanilla, cinnamon, rotten fruit, sour apple. Flavor is very tart, big vanilla, clove, cinnamon, tart berries. Very very odd beer. Super sour throat burning acidic end.
