Bottle from Beechner. Pours out of the bottle like motor oil, big khaki head. Milk chocolate, black coffee. General sweetness and a creamy mouth.

Bottle shared in NH with AJ - cheers amigo. Pours deep, brown-black with a creamy, beige head. Rich coffee on the nose with secondary notes of milk chocolate. Medium sweet flavor with decadent chocolate cake, milky coffee, moderate roasted malts. Medium to full bodied with fine, creamy carbonation. Lightly warming on the finish with good chocolate character, more coffee, light roasted malts, some bittersweet baking cocoa. Good, rich.

12/II/14 - 75cl bottle @ De Hopduvel (Gent) - bottled: 17/VII/13 (2014-184) Thanks to Bobochamp for sharing the bottle!

Clear dark brown beer, no head. Aroma: Turkish delight, floral notes, soapy, sour fruits, citrus, orange marmalade, then comes the coffee, cocoa powder, some ripe banana. MF: no carbon, full body. Taste: little sweet start, caramel, some ripe sweet banana, slightly sourish tingle on the tip of the tongue, soft bitterness, some roasted flavours. Aftertaste: more dark chocolate, some mocha, sweet caramel, sweet banana, soft bitterness, little sour touch again keeping it all lively and interesting. Lovely beer!

Bottle, thanks Adam. Pours pitch black with khaki head. Very nice aroma of dark malts, coffee, and cocoa powder. Medium body, with a nice coffee based backbone and a dry cocoa powder finish. Nice clean flavors, and a mouthfeel pushing some borderline floral notes. I love this because it packs the flavors of a much bigger beer into a drinkable package. Awesome

bottle shared by Bill on NYE, been wanting to try this one bad, thanks for sharing meh. Aroma and flavor is ultra rich espresso or coffee bean, dark chocolate, barrel roast, lactose, and green pepper. This one reminded me of a good de molen with an easier going, less sticky body. My favorite brew of the night besides that batch 2 duck, duck. Cheers

Good beer with a character of cereal, oats, light cocoa, and coffee. Lacks the amount of richness I expected and a bit watery. Overall its pleasant and easily drinkable but doesnt stand out.
