Oscuro 3... Pours a medium dark caramely cola brown with a thin wispy light off-white head... Aroma of toffee vanilla bourbon nose with some sweet fruit from the makers barrel... Smooth light and creamy with pretty decent barrel notes. malty but thin with a nice barrel presence. I can see a little bit of the bolita and big sound. 7/4/8/3/15

Bottle thanks to Ughsmash from our very first trade. A gusher! Pours a murky, very dirty amber with a small off white head. Aroma’s were slight sourness, very nutty, whisky notes, and light peat. Dirty socks comes to mind but not in a bad way. Quite peaty and whisky like in the taste with some heavy nutty malts. Not bad. Seems to be a touch oxidised. Ok but was expecting more

Bottle with James. This one was another gusher like the De Molen. Pours a cloudy brown pour, small head and lacing of off white foam. Palate was creamy and silky smooth. Aromas of nuts, vanilla, bannana bread, bourbon, cinnamon, brown sugar. Taste resembled a sour brown ale with loads of rich bourbon, chocolate, slight pepper in the back end. Further notes of cherry and caramel. Really enjoyed this maker mark aged cigar city.

Bottle split with and courtesy of vin. Pours deep heavy body with creamy off white lacing. Aroma is soft, sour fruits and light bourbon. Mouthfeel is super soft and delicate with notes of bourbon, soft fruit malts and sour tart roast.

Bottle courtesy of pittsburghkid66 a ways back. Thanks. Served in a snifter. This one starts out as a gusher, quite a bit so. Only lost a ounce or so, but still impressive. After that, pours black with a huge off-white fizzy head that lasted for a long time before falling and leaving some spotty lacing. It went downhill from there, with the nose being full of heavy whiskey along with a bit of roast. Faint oak and light tannin. Nothing too complex. Bourbon and oak in the flavor with just a bit of roast. Medium body with a thin overall texture and light carbonation. Decent enough, but nowhere near as good as the other blends.

Bottle 76/480, and was warned that the beer might have turned sour, but i had it any way. Poured a dark brackish brown color, with tons of little floaties in it. HUGE tan head that looked like it was made of cement, and took a really long time for it to subside. Aromas of oak, dark fruit, and bourbon aromas. Huge flavor of the aromas, with a vanilla/malty finish. Really good brew, however when I got about half way through the brew I did start to detect a hint of tartness, I would strongly suggest if you have them, drink them soon, because it might turn soon, and you will be disappointed.

The beer pours a boring watery dark brown with a light tan head that only rises about a finger then is gone right away. The aroma is overpowering almost too strong with bourbon and to a lesser extent just regular grain alcohol, almost stinging the nostrils. A light oak finish. The taste is just all bourbon and scotch and alcohol, way to strong and not appetizing at all. The feel is light, this is a big time sipper.

Bottle. #236/480. Pours a hazy murky brown color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity woody oaky aroma with bourbon hints. Sweetish fruity woody malty dark fruit flavor. Has a sweetish malty woody bourbon finish with hints of dark fruit and vanilla in the aftertaste.
