Rattle n hum, NYC tap: pours pale gold with little head. Aroma is sugar. Taste is sweet and corny. Not really much to it. Not a big fan. Not gross but who cares.

Very interesting. Pours a light yellow. The aroma is fantastic, loaded with vanilla and cinnamon. More like a Christmas beer. The flavor was a little too sweet for me loaded with the vanilla and cinnamon.

On nitro at World of Beer UCF. Cigar City Horchata Ale is another hit from the CCB folks. Light yellow pour with an ample creamy head. Aroma is sweet and spicy (cinnamon and maybe nutmeg). Taste is malty and lightly sweet with delicious notes of cinnamon and vanilla. Wonderful mouthfeel -- soft and creamy. Horchata is a tasty one-of-a-kind.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
On nitro at the Bainbridge. Pours pretty darn clear lighter golden yellow with a creamy white head. Aroma brings big cinnamon and then vanilla with a sweetness meant for my sweet tooth. Flavor brings sweet tapioca like flavors as described, then the big sweet cinnamon lingers just like I love. Body is airy and nice and light, but was hoping to be creamier.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
On draft at CCB. Didn't know what to expect with this but was pleasantly surprised. It's sweet and aromatic like many other CCB beers (especially southern slice or oatmeal raisin). Like those other beers, it can be a bit one note in that the sweetened flavor is great, but the backing flavor is just a bland beer backdrop. Still though, the sweetened horchata flavor of this is solid enough to overcome that.

Draft… Pours clear and yellow with a mid-sized, creamy, white head. Good retention. The aroma is as advertised – loaded with vanilla crème and cinnamon. Medium-bodied with a slick, fatty mouthfeel and modest carbonation. The flavor comes as advertised as well – sweet tapioca pudding, vanilla and cinnamon. Finishes bittersweet – light bitterness and heavy sweetness. It’s like cream soda, but better.

On draught at Dunedin House Of Beer. Cloudy yellow color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Floral aroma with notes of cinnamon and bready malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of vanilla, cinnamon, biscuit malt and fruit. The finish is sweetly spiced with a creamy vanilla aftertaste. Interesting and above average overall.

Tap. Moderate hay for the malt, grass for the hops, barnyard, musty and funky for the yeast, with hints of wood and a big dose of cinnamon. Head is large, creamy, white with excellent thick lacing and is fully lasting. Color is clear medium amber. Flavor starts moderately sweet and lightly acidic, then finishes the same. Palate is medium, creamy with a soft carbonation and a lightly alcoholic finish. A pretty good American Strong, but seems more like a Spice Beer.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Nitro draft at the Syb Pig in Boca Raton. Pours a nitro beauty in a small pilsener glass. Once completed the two finger velvet head is gorgeous. Aroma is mild with cinnamon, hay, cereal, rice, and paper. The taste is more complex however with the cinnamon and other spices (almost like Chai) on the front with the rice and sweetness on the back end. Also some vanilla. Clean, light, refreshing. Kind of an after dinner desert drink however. I really liked it but one was enough because of the sweetness.

Nitro tap @Proof Production. Hazy, greenish gold, tight bone colored nitro head. Light cinnamon cereal aroma. Tastes like it smells but a bit more milky. Sweet , milky, cinnamon, tangy at times. Medium to slightly heavy body. Spice-bitter finish. Pretty tasty, but a little sticky and I really only needed a half pint.
