On draught at Dunedin House Of Beer. Cloudy yellow color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Floral aroma with notes of cinnamon and bready malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of vanilla, cinnamon, biscuit malt and fruit. The finish is sweetly spiced with a creamy vanilla aftertaste. Interesting and above average overall.

Draft… Pours clear and yellow with a mid-sized, creamy, white head. Good retention. The aroma is as advertised – loaded with vanilla crème and cinnamon. Medium-bodied with a slick, fatty mouthfeel and modest carbonation. The flavor comes as advertised as well – sweet tapioca pudding, vanilla and cinnamon. Finishes bittersweet – light bitterness and heavy sweetness. It’s like cream soda, but better.

6/26/13. Originally had on tap at Aardwolf (a couple glasses) and have now had it on tap a couple of other places. I’ll admit it - I love this stuff. Some will say it’s too sweet, and I could see that, but it was not a problem for me. Lightly hazed orange amber pour with a small khaki head. Rich, sweet aroma of lactose, rice pudding, tons of vanilla, perfect cinnamon, and more. Rich flavor, on the sweet side, lactose, rice pudding, vanilla, cinnamon, and more. I could drink gallons of this stuff. So. Good.

Tallahassee, Fl., on tap at the Proof Tap Room. Light golden and cloudy appearance. Pleasant sugar sweet cinnamon aroma. Flavor reminds me of Toasted Cinnamon Crunch cereal, not too sweet though, a touch of brown sugar. thick enough mouthfeel. Nice little diversion.

Rattle n hum, NYC tap: pours pale gold with little head. Aroma is sugar. Taste is sweet and corny. Not really much to it. Not a big fan. Not gross but who cares.

On draft at Cigar City. Pours a hazy gold color with a white head. Nose is some rice, some coconut, some sweetness, and some vanilla and light spice. Flavor is similar with a nice ricey and vanilla sweetness among the milky sweetness. Some mild spices, but nothing overpowering. It tastes like an alcoholic horchata. Medium in body, and especially impressive considering its alcohol content.

Nitro tap @Proof Production. Hazy, greenish gold, tight bone colored nitro head. Light cinnamon cereal aroma. Tastes like it smells but a bit more milky. Sweet , milky, cinnamon, tangy at times. Medium to slightly heavy body. Spice-bitter finish. Pretty tasty, but a little sticky and I really only needed a half pint.
