Cask @ Proof. Pours ruby red with a creamy off white head. Aroma is pretty ridiculous with cherries, spruce, pine, cinnamon and spice. Flavor is sweet with rye spice. Enjoyed this one a lot.

Off the cask at Proof, some great cinnamon aroma to it. Very Cinnamon and spicy taste, I can’t even tell this is treated Improvisacion. Completely different beer.

11/18/10. On cask! Huge spice, mostly cinnamon, aroma with a touch of bitterness. Sweet and slightly sour flavor that packs a huge cinnamon punch. So much that it almost dries your mouth out like powder and burns a little like red hots. Glad to have tried it!
