FROTHINGSLOSH (4843) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 29, 2014
Sampled on draft at Hou Thou this cider poured a bright golden color with a trace soapy white head that faded and left no lacing. The aroma was tangy honey, apple and was a touch medicinal. The flavor was tangy and sweet apple, bread, a bit of honey and a touch of pepper. Medium length finish. Surprisingly full bodied. Solid.

This is a very nicely balanced cider. It starts sweet, but finishes dry. Another winner from Cigar City.

hopscotch (8915) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - MAY 12, 2014
Draft... Clear yellow pour with no head. The bouquet is too subtle to pull much from it, but toward the bottom of the glass, I finally detect notes of both fresh and funky, fallen apples. Medium-bodied with zippy carbonation. Tart, malic, apple flavor and fallen apple finish.

Clear golden, no head. Smells like apple-y champagne. Tastes about the same, with sweet light apple and dry champagne yeast. Meh.

Aurelius (4065) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - JAN 3, 2014
On tap, Whole Foods. Clear, very pale. Generally crisp, moderately sweet, not astringent. Simplistic, but drinkable. Tastes like it smells. Light body, quick apple finish. Good tap handle.
