3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Sample @ Charleston Brewvival 2015. Gold pour with a small bubbly white head. Nose is fairly clean. Mellow apple and pear. Just a bit of lemon peel. Flavor is on the sweeter end of the spectrum. Oily, sweet apple. A bit earthy. Spritzy carb. OK.

Can from a trade with my main man down in Florida. Pours crustal clear light gold, nice bubbles. Nose is super sweet, apple juice. Tastes pretty sweet, deli out light Apple flavour. This is hands down the best cider I’ve ever had.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz. can, consumed on 12-12-15. Pours a bright, brilliant, clear golden with many bubbles. No head. Most ciders don’t look good to me, but this one very much does. Scents of caramel apple and white wine. Lemon tartness in the flavor. Seltzer water. Somewhere between sweet and dry. Tart yet sweet apple like a Honeycrisp. Light to medium body. Lively enough. I’m not a big fan of hard cider, but this is a good one. Quite likable.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz can. Pours a clear, golden color with no head and just some bubbles at the top where the head would be. The aroma shows a nice blend of sweet and crisp red apples to go with the tartness from some Granny Smith apples. Has almost a candy apple sweetness to it as well. The flavor follows with the sweet and crisp apples up front and balanced out the tartness of the Granny Smith apples. Medium bodied with balanced carbonation that leads to a crisp, apple finish. Solid and tasty hard cider that is well crafted. Easily better than the mainstream Angry Orchard stuff.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Apples, a bit of honey in the middle, sour flavor towards the end. Not too sweet, but not overly dry either. Pretty good.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pleasantly smooth and lightly tart cider from Tampa’s finest. A little herby chardonnay taste but not very challenging overall. Nice.
