Pours a black with a thick bubbly head. dark roasty nose with chocolate. a bit smokey and milky in the taste with nuts and roasted malts. palate is decent. lighter mouthfeel. overall a solid brew. glad i tried it.

Cask @ CCB. Pours black with frothy cream head. Nose is heavy roast, earthy, coffee. Flavor is BIG roast, dark chocolate, bitter cocoa, hints of ash and smoke. Subtle traces of toasted coconut, but not much there. Finishes dry with slight tinge of bitter astringency.
