UPDATED: APR 1, 2014 Bottle from a trade. Pours a lighter brown color with a nice head. Faint coffee and caramel smells. Coffee bean flavors really pop out in the taste. Cocoa flavors really linger on. Very drinkable. Great for the style not being my favorite.

On tap at the Vega in Pompano Beach FL. Pours a hazy dark brown with a beige head and aroma of espresso and coffee. Taste is wonderful, heavy coffee throughout, with flavors of roasted malts present as well. A very good coffee brew with a lot of flavor, probably the most coffee taste/aroma I’ve seen in a beer. A nice desert beer.

Bottle thanks to Justin in a recent trade, thanks man! Pour is deep brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is exploding with freshly ground coffee beans, a light creaminess, and a light nuttiness. Not overly complex but really nice if you like coffee. Flavor is caramel-coffee up front with light roasted malt and sweet sugary notes in the middle. The finish is vanilla and hazelnut with light coffee. Certainly coffee forward but not one dimensional.

Bottle. Pours dark brown with a minimal tan head. Aroma was roasty with coffee bean, espresso and had some notes of chocolate. Creamy smooth flavor of roasted coffee, dark roasted malts, chocolate, espresso beans and had some subtle caramel sweetness. Slick texture. medium body. mild carbonation

The aroma of this beer is incredible. The taste does not disappoint either. If you are a fan of coffee and espressos it is a must have. Could easily drink this in substitute of my morning coffee.

Smells like espresso. Rich chocolate and espresso flavors, blended with heavy cream, roasted grains, toffee, caramel and brown sugar. Finish is creamy with notes of vanilla. I?d prefer a heavier body, but this is a tasty beer!

Draught at Tørst. Pours dark amber brown with some place. Aroma is over sweetened week bad coffee with some.earth and light toasted grain showing through. Flavor is truly gross vanilla and hazelnuts flavored week industrial coffee. Feel is watery, cloying, and sticks around far too long. Truly awful. One of the worst beers I have had. I can’t believe the same brewers make this as many other incredible CC beers. Left on the bar.
