Guest draft on tap at Dark Lord Day 2012 (Munster, IN). Pours a rich golden hued, a bit darker, well hazed, a frothy brighter white head dies to a ring and laces small. Aromas are cucumber, bready malts, cereal grains, some yeasty spice, gentle kiss of citrus. Initial is lighter end of medium bodied, offering cool qrefreshing cucumber, touches of citrusy lemon, dry cereal grains, bready malts, a touch of dough. Some gentle yeasty elements. Middle offers more cool cumcumber, gentle touches of lemon, dry malts, bread. Backend offers some dryness, crisp cereal and bready elements, dry yeast, a kiss of spicey yeast and mellow touch of cucumber linger on. Solid, but different.

Draft at rattle with Andrew and streets. Pours a hazy, cloudy yellow with creamy white lacing. Aroma is straight cucumber an pickles. Mouthfeel is soft and creamy with notes of watered down pickle, cucumber and lemon.

On tap at rattle with James. Aroma is super vivid.. Cool cucumbers, slightly acidic like bile. Taste is cucumber and pickle juice..

Kind of an ugly light tan with a light head. The aroma is just massive cucumber with a light spiciness. Cucumber mixed with mellow spice on the palate. The malts are terribly dynamic but the refreshing cucumber is a nice addition.

Aroma of pickles, floral, and a hint of yeast. Pours light with a good film. Taste is weird. Pickles, flour and grass. Not pleasant at all. Cool try.

Pours light golden with thin white head. The cucumber smell and taste are very potent. Also tastes of wheat and light yeast flavor. The cucumber with alcohol almost gives a light dry pickle flavor on the back of the tongue. Nice and refreshing. Excellent summer beer.

ccb cucumbar saison. sampled at hunahpus day 2012... pours a golden very light brown hue and topped with a thin creamy white to off-white head... assertive cucumber aroma with softer backing grains mingle perfecly well with each other... flavors deviate by very little and remain consistent with the aroma. mild yet prominent cucumber meshes well with toasted grain. medium bodied. shy of medium bodied and extremely drinkable. would have went back to this if time permitted.

SHAZAAM! Pours amber, light head. Aroma? Cucumber, light saison yeast. Flavor is so spot on, so delicous, cucumber, saison yeast, refreshing. Unique. Amazing. Could drink it by the bucketful!

Draft @ Hunahpuh day. Warm light amber. Wonderful, unique aroma of cucumber-aloe gel. Well-developed malt character can sustain the strangeness. Sturdy are the nuances of flower sweetness. Absolutely natural taste, and so incredibly yummy. A clear highlight of the day.
