Bottle thanks to Suttree. Thanks! Hazy amber-gold with a big, frothy, whitish head. Aroma of cucumber, citrus, and sweet pale malts. Cucumber dominates the semi-sweet, semi-spicy flavor. Medium bodied, kind of annoyingly fizzy. Decent, but the fizzy is a bit overdone.

Bottle as shown. Pours a cloudy yellow with thick frothy white head leaving sticky lacing along the glass. The aroma is a strong cucumber and wheat. Thin mouthfeel with a strong cucumber, citrus, and honey with light finish. Really enjoyed this saison from Cigar City.

Pours a greenish yellow with a big white head. The nose and taste is all cucumber. The saison yeast comes thru nicely and adds a good balance to the beer. A great summer beer, I enjoyed this on a 90 degree day, and it was a perfect refreshing treat.

Sampled at Falling Rock in Denver. I was very skeptical. Pours a hazy gold with some cloudy, white head. Smells just like fresh cut cucumbers, fresh fruit, honeydew, lightly herbal. Bottle thanks to MarkWise. Pours cloudy orange yellow with fluffy white head. Nose/taste of cucumber, sea salt, yeast, lemongrass and light spicy hops. Lighter side of medium body. Lots of cucumber. Well done.

Pours a light gold color. Cucumber is upfront with lightly spiced nose. Lots of cucumber in the flavor with spices and a little dill. Very enjoyable beer that is money with Greek food.

Let’s start by saying I hate cucumbers...
from notes - Pours a crisp light gold with a light haze. Full two finger white head. Nose is liquid salad, cucumber, dill, light spice. Flavor is cucumber up front, grassy, dill, light malt and white pepper. Crisp. Light smooth body. Definitely enjoyable.

Hazy yellow pour with a gigantic white head, huge bubbles, really nice to look at really. Belgian yeast notes in the nose, some graininess. Flavor is impressively cucumbery, black pepper, dill, dirt, bubblegum, and a hint of ginger heat oddly enough. Not sure what’s up with that. Lots of carbonation in the finish, but it isn’t quite bursting or anything. Not bad for this brewery that’s for sure.
