A- cloudy straw yellow with stable head.
S - kumquats up front with grapefruit and other muddled citrus. Slightly soapy and sour.
M - medium to light bodied and effervescent. Palate is light and simple.
T - very sour and grapfruity with kumquat. Very yeasty. Simple.

On tap at TJ’s in Paoli. Very heavy kumquat character with some wheat. Fairly dry. Moderate carbonation, a bit low for the style. Light acidity.

A pale yellow business that smells like Country Time lemonade with figs and oranges in it. Juicy, tart, dry, refreshing. Has a wheaty nuttiness too. Would drink this by the quart.

Tampa, Fl - on tap at the Cigar City Tap Room. Murky light golden pour, snow white head, nice sticky lacing. Slightly sour aroma wiht slight fruitiness. Flavor has a nice sour fruitiness with a strong kumquat presence, a touch of lemon spritz, just enough sourness to make you you pucker, but not too much so. Nice spritz in the mouthfeel. I guess this is my first Florida Weisse?
