thanks to jcartdamg for sending me this along with a killer CCB box! Pours an effervescent quickly dissipating head. Aroma ruby red grapefruit juice, with a hint of mint, blending in with a citrus bouquet and a fresh cedar cigar box . Yellow golden hue with slight cloudiness. Not a saison fan, but i am really enjoying this beer, refreshing with a slight tartness. Overall a great beer reminds me of grapefruit juice not as bitter.

750 ml bottle via trade with smith4498 - Pours a hazy golden color with a one finger thick off white head. Very light lacing. Aroma is sweet spice, lightly toasted malt, cedar, and hints of citrus. Flavor is a bit sweeter and fruity with some noticeable cedar spice. Finish is a touch cloying. Medium body. The cedar version is my favorite of the three I tried. A nice beer. Thanks Jason.

25.4 oz bottle. hazy orange brown with white froth. Cedar comes on strong with the first whiff; spicy and peppery; ripe peach and toffee peeking out. Fizzy medium body, a bit sticky. Taste is apricot, orange peel, ginger and cedar. Wood better integrated in the taste.

bottle, shared by Mike. Fruity nose, big cedar & lemon character, light floor cleaner. Flavor follows with nice bitterness & some clay-like yeast.

Bomber from Railroad Street Tavern. Pours turbid vivid gold with 3-finger well-retained creamy head. Nose is that awesome fresh ground black pepper right out of the mill, piney hops, cedar, mango, and florals. Nose reminds me a great deal of Humidor Cedar Jai Alai. Tastes very fruity, somewhat sweet, with orange marmalade and mango flavors, intense cedary black pepper, hops, and some finishing florals. Flavor is complex, with a lot of fruit, tons of cedary peppery notes, and a juicy deliciousness that makes you want to drink it with a funnel.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden yellow color with minimal head. Tons of cedar on the nose. Flavor is simply awesome. Boozy without being overwhelming considering the 9%. Excellent collaboration.

On draft when released, poured a light hazy peach color, aromas of cedar, potpourri, ginger, and citrus. Flavor is much the same, with some spice. Interesting beer, least favorite of the four.
