Bottle from Liquor Loft. I used my rewards points to buy the three versions of this. Lets see if "free" beer tastes better: Orange pour with a ring of off-white head. Aroma is lemon, orange, tart and woody. Tastes are earthy spices, cedar, and citrus. More spices come through in a long, warm and lemon zesty finish. We liked this.

Light orange/deep gold pour, white head. Aroma of lemon zest, yeast, spice, some unripe stone fruit. Flavor has certain hints of lemon, lots of yeasty goodness, some bready notes and spice. Better than the grapefruit. Need to try the others!

750ml Bottle: Got in trade from biggsbowler; THANKS Randall! Aroma of lemon, wood, oak, and a hint of yeast. Poured amber/orange in color with a small, fizzy, loose, white head that disappeared almost immediately, except for around the edges. Cloudy. Very sparkling. Full of tiny-sized particles throughout. Flavor is medium sweet. Tastes of malt, lemon, wood, peanuts, wheat bread crust, Saison or farmhouse yeast, grain, and some spice. Medium body. Chalky, dry texture. Lively carbonation. Medium sweet, malt, slight lemon, wood, bread crust finish is chalky and dry. 9%ABV is completely hidden throughout. No hops. Tastes a bit like a peanut-butter and jelly sandwich.

Hazed orange pour with off white head and lace. Aroma is bread, brett, wheaty, and earthy hops. Tart citrus, wheaty, and abv warmth. Earthy. Medium bodied and fizzy. pretty good

25.4 oz bottle. Hazy orange brown with a whipped ivory head leaving a blast of lacy spots. Nose is lemon, coriander, toffee and pastry dough. Sticky, syrupy with fizzy carb. Taste is toffee, orange peel, candied ginger, lemon and wood. The lemon adds just enough to balance the sweetness like when used in iced tea. My favorite of the three.

Bottle received in trade from burg326, thanks Adam. Another golden hazy pour. Sweeter than the grapefruit, which I liked, but finishes just a notch behind. Glad I could drink these all side by side.

Hazy light tan colour without much head. The aroma is footy yeast, with hints of wood and lemon balm. Fairly spicy character, with lemon and wood. The wood treatment is quite interesting but the base beer doesn’t seem to offer much.

Bottle shared by MrPickles...thanks Andy! - Pours light hazy amber with a thin white head. Nose is tropical fruit, white pepper, spicy with a fruity pale malt. Tastes about the same--lightly peppery with a dusty yeastiness and a sugary sweet candied pineapple note. Pretty slick, not a lot of carbonation, and a big thick body. Decent, but too sweet for my tastes.

Sample from Vinnie. I don’t really even want to rate this. It is boring, plain and tastes like a spicy, weird witbier with some orange and some weird lemon hints. So disappointingly average, especially for what used to be one of my favorite brewers. Huge letdown.

Bottle with keith. Poured an ultra carbed glowing bright orange, small head and barely any lacing to note. Aromas of orange juice, wood, spicy coriander, dry character. Taste is dry as hell, woody, ginger, lemons, honey. Beer was very sweet, saison notes, ultra bubbly.
