750 ml bottle shared by Keir- thanks again, Keir! Pours a cloudy gold with a moderate white head, slightly smaller than the Cedar. Also gushed, but not as much as the Cedar did. Aroma of wood chips, sweet malts, lemon, apricot, dough, and herbs. Flavor of lemon citrus, soap, florals, wood, and herbs. Light-medium bodied, with a fresh, woody mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Another winner in this series.

Little cloudy orange beer, small off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, passion fruit, sugary, dairy, some overripe fruits, banana, ginger, bit funky. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: very fruity start, ginger, orange peel, lemony, overripe banana. Aftertaste: little bitter, orange marmalade, funky, bit weird.

DoublEE (783) - South Euclid, Ohio, USA - AUG 28, 2013
Tart wheat up front with notes of lemon and pepper. Some notes of ginger and vanilla in the middle and a finish of pear, pepper, lemon, vanilla, and a slightly woody note that may be enhanced by the suggestion on the label.

75cl bottle courtesy of ibrew2or3.

Courtesy of Sebletitje. Thx! 75 cl. bottle sampled @ RBBSG II. Very murky orange with little head. Nose is very sweet fresh wood with big lemon, very sweet spices and some cinnamon. Taste is bitter lemon, bit wood, quite bitter spices, sugar, light herbs, sticky sweet caramel, thick malts. Lightly fizzy body. Less extreme and fascinatingly bizarre than the Spanish cedar version but works better as a beer for me. Quite sweet, interesting a nice. Another great beer from this wonderful brewery.

Bottle thanks to changeup45. I didn't used to enjoy saisons but recently I have really turned around in them. When I opened this one...holy gusher. It wouldn't stop. Very lively carbonation just like the cucumber saison. This one poured a hazy orange with a full white head. The aroma is that of a sour. I get a little citrus in the aroma but not much. The taste is an interesting balance of creamy sweetness and tartness. I'm not picking up much of the ginger or coriander. An interesting collaboration. I sure am going to be burping a bunch though.
