On draft at CCB, pours a pale yellow color, aromas of pine, troical fruit, light grain. Flavors flollow suit, mostly grapefruit, and tropical fruit. Easy drinker with light bitter aftertaste.

On draft at CCB pours a nice orangish/yellow color with aromas oof citrus, grain, and some light malt. Flavors are the same, starts out with grains followed by citrus and a mild graefruit aftertaste. Easy drinker for sure, nice pale ale.

Fresh growler from the brewery. Golden colored with an off-white head leaving some spotty lacing. The aroma is quite floral, with biscuity notes, honey blossom, and a good amount of citrus. This is light and very easy to consume. There’s some toasty buttery malt flavors, herbal undertones, floral hops, a touch of lemon, with soft bitterness finishing it off. Pretty easy to plow through a few glasses of this. Yep, a nice session.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear pale gold with a what head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has notes of grapefruit and dank pine with a hint of tropical fruit. Flavor starts with pine and grapefruit but finish has some earthy grains and tropical fruits in the finish.

Sampled from the tap at the Cajun Cafe Fall Fest. Pours a clear yellowish gold with a white head dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has notes of squash and zucchini with some grassy hops and earthy grains. Flavor has a lot of grain and biscuit up front with some grassy hops and a zucchini/squash note in the finish. Doesn’t work for me.

Great American Pale from CCB. Pint pour at the brewery of hazed straw with a full finger fluffed white head. Aroma is healthy citrus, very crisp, orange and lemon peel, light grass notes. Flavor follows with mild sweetness appearing from citrus notes, very clean and refreshing, melon and citrus peel quite present. Light body, just like it should be. Well done.

October 19, 2012 tap from the brewery. Light yellow pour with some head and lacing. Aroma was grain, citrus/lemon and salty sea water. Taste was the same, kind of interesting with the sea water or oyster finish to it. Thin bodied and carbonated.

Pours hazy gold with a thick white head. Aroma of freshly milled grain, citrus hops. Taste follows, bitter and grainy, tastes ridiculously crisp and fresh. Smooth and easy to drink. Nice pale ale ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at CCB. Nose is pure citrus. Tangerine and some sweet caramel malt. The body on this one was a pleasant yellow-orange color. White head. Taste is sweet malt and light citrus hops. A very sessionable, not-over-the-top brew.

This is a nice and easy beer to sip upon. The nose is light hops and some citrus - tastes just about the same but with that crisp pale ale finish that makes it very palatable.

UPDATED: NOV 2, 2012 Pours a hazy yellow. Nose is fresh milled grain, citrus hops and sweet malts. Flavor is grainy, hints of orange juice, bitter lemon, sweet malt. Update: Had a dry hopped version that blows the non-dry hopped one out of the water. Dry hopped with simcoe and galaxy. Adds a nice level of flavor and aroma and drowns out the grainy flavor and nose. much better. I’d rate it probably a full point higher.
