COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is an odd little duck. Basically we blended Jai Alai with Xenu and added some hops and Spanish cedar as well. Ethan likes to have fun. Maybe too much fun.

pours a hazy gold with a thick white head. Aroma is of humidor ipa, cedar and hops. Taste is interesting, you can get all the elements of this beer, ipa, xenu yeast and the cedar. Very nice experiment!

On tap at Cigar City, pours a cloudy murky orange color, aromas of light citrus, pine, cedar, and light orange zest. Flavors are sweet honey, citrus upfront with spicy cedar in the after taste. Interesting beer overall, glad it was still on Sat morning.

Interesting ipa. Not the traditional ipa flavor but not a bad thing. Sets itself apart from the many other ipas. More woodsy citrus. Pours yellow.

On draft at Cigar City. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Nose is sweet malt, caramel, some citrus, and mild cedar. Flavor starts off sweet, there is a kick of cedar akin to a buried treasure, and then it finishes a bit dry with the cedar trying to stick around. It is an odd little duck, for sure.

Pours orange/gold. Nose is big citrus and pine hops and subtle notes of cedar. Flavor is citrus, bitter orange and lemon rind, sticky pine, hints of tropical fruit, cedar, spices and bread. Very nice. Dry and finishes dry with lingering bitter.
