Draft… Mostly clear golden ale with a small, creamy, white head. So-so retention. The bouquet is heavy on the banana and clove with a trace of coriander. I’m picking up no white oak here. Medium-bodied with a buttery mouthfeel and laid-back carbonation. Perfectly balanced flavor, but thin and watery and I’m picking up no wood here either. Crisp, totally clean finish. Flawless, but boring. Still, a thirst quencher.
