Hazy light golden with a thin white cap. Nose is lightly wheaty and Belgo estery with a touch of apricot. Flavor is zesty and wheaty with a citrusy sweetness and a calming coriander/clove-like finish. A nice white.

12 oz can. Misty yellow orange with a brief head. Nose is wheat, lemon zest, vanilla and coriander. Crisp, clean and eminently quenching especially after an hour of snow shovelling. Taste is lemonade, green banana and coriander. Simple, classic wit with a Cigar City tropical twist. Cool stuff.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
12oz can poured into shaker pint. Hazy yellow liquid with a modest one-finger head that dissipates quickly and leaves little lacing. Aroma is lemon and orange peel, dusty wheat, and coriander. Taste is similar with citrus sweetness and some spicy bite. Light body, thin texture, moderate carbonation, abrupt drying finish.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz can courtesy of Secret Santa. Thanks. Pours yellow with a medium white head that has good retention. The aroma is spicy coriander and white pepper. The taste, like the aroma, also has a good amount of corriander, plus some lemon zest and tangerine; all set nicely in a biscuity malt base. The palate is light but appropriate and the carbonation is lively. Finishes medium in duration and dry. Overall: Decent Wit, I’d drink again.

Appearance: Pours a golden yellow.
Aroma: Aroma of white, spice, light yeast.
Taste: Wheat, spices, faint clove, not too sweet.
Palate:Light medium body.
Summary: I haven’t tried a new witbier in quite a while. A pretty solid offering, and can’t recall many like this in a can. Kind of a funny name too.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
Banana bubblegum on the nose, and a cedar-like spice that penetrates the sense of smell. Pepper, coriander, orange bitters, dishcloth. Juicy and full on the palate, with as much orange as banana. Light but lengthy finish.

Gusher. Very cloudy tan yellow pour big head. Aroma of lemons, cuaracao, tart, saison funk, dusty belgian yeast. Tastes super yeasty with sturdy amount of lemony flavor to cut the earthiness. Great dry finish on a medium bodied beer. Very well executed, but not that mind blowing flavor wise.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pour is a hazy gold with a large white head. Aroma is fresh orange peel and wheat malt. Flavor is much the same. Orange peel/coriander is fresh, then followed by wheat malt and a noticeable herbal hop. Much more hoppy than any other wit I’ve had makes this a solid American take on this Belgian style.
