12 oz. can from Total Wine, Naples FL. Very pale yellow color. Nose is orange peel, wheat and mild coriander seed. Flavors of lemon, orange citrus, and soft floral notes. For me, Iím not interested in coriander in my Wits. If the seed is in the brew it has to be really light and subtle. This coriander is light however; overall this is a very standard Wit. Nothing wrong just not has bold or different like most CCB other beers.

Pours a slightly hazy blondish gold color with a finger of fizzy foam. On the nose its rustic spice and citrus tweaked yeast. The palate is clean and zesty with a nice balance between citrus, yeast profile and lingering spice. Nice refreshing carbonation leads to a nice crisp mouthfeel.

12 oz can from MeadMe. Thanks, Greg! 96th CCB Rate. Pours a nice hazed hue, orange gold pour offers a dulled yet striking glow. Bubbly brighter white head dies to a film, laces small. Pretty glow. Aromas are lemon and orange, touch of rind and melon meet bready malts, flaked wheat, some dough, straw. Grainy, with gentle coriander, mellow spice that falls away. Nice fruity nose seems the dominant feel here. Initial is a nice kick of citrus up front, lemon and orange, touch of melon, bready malts with flaked wheat, bit of dough, straw. Firmer dryness hits the palate after a fruity mellow sweet middle. Gentle spice, dryness, kiss of coriander is mellow. Straw, flaked wheat, some grass and gentle dryness. Mellow yeast, kiss of coriander. Nice melon and good citrus element and pretty light and crushable. Good beer, nice shake that offers a more fruity flavor and vibrancy, gentle and much more fleeting spice element. Fun and definitely get the "Florida" spin on this. Itís not gonna win contests for the best of style but itís pretty tasty and has a unique spin. Nice. A touch spritzy or carbonation smack up front that seems a bit odd or underbodied. But pretty solid.

Itís a easy drinker. Love the French saison yeast giving this a more fruity than funky vibe.. Yeast is a main player not overpower Ed By coriander and orange peel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can at home in CT. Pours cloudy yellow with a rich, pure white foam head that fizzes away slowly. Aroma holds some inviting notes of lightly tangy lemon and mellow spices. Light sweet flavor with restrained, doughy malt sugars, subtle yeasty wheat, very light straw bitterness, soft citrus fruits, light tang. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean and quite crisp to finish with moderate sweetness, further doughy malts, light dryness, lemon, soft pepper and spices. A very nice witbier. Hugely drinkable stuff, nicely balanced.
