3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Can courtesy of Homer321
Pours a nice hazy yellow with a very big fluffy white head that fades but stays around at a smallish size and leaves nice lacing on the glass.
The aroma is spicy and floral with plenty of fruit forward notes, tangerine & orange specifically. Some ginger is in there, and as weird as it is, there is something about this brew that reminds me of ketchup. Thankfully it’s not like a ketchup bomb or anything, generally it smells pretty good.
The flavor is very enjoyable. Everything I expect from a wit, nice fruitiness, mildly tart... but more sharp, plenty of coriander, but not an overwhelming dosing of it. I like the nice bitterness in this one, it seems more citrus rind than hop deriven. The fruity pebble flavor, while there is totally subdued, and the sweetness level is very controlled keeping a nice dry finish. The bitterness works in kind of a weird way on the finish.
Pretty damned refreshing.

2.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
This canned brew from a bottle shop poured a head of foamy fine to medium sized off-white colored bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a no visible carbonation opaque dark orange colored body and a poor lacing. The almost non-existent aroma was cardboard. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The deep flavor contained notes of semi-sweet floral hops and malt. An OK brew just nothing special.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
12oz can in a tumbler. Pours cloudy, light golden with a white head. Aroma of wheat and light malts, some light spices and citrus, and a decent amount of hops. Flavor the same. Average texture. A really good version of a Belgian witbier.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Can from trade with OmegaX. Pours a slightly cloudy pale yellow-orange color with a small fizzy head that fades normally. Aroma is lemons, coriander and Belgian spices. Taste very lemony and spicy. Fizzy carbonation makes it taste like a spritzer, which is good in this case. Definitely one of the better witbiers I’ve had, I don’t usually like them.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Can from trade with Tricyclist. Pours a very light golden-amber color with a nice, dense head, and an aroma of spice, lemon, grass, and spice. Flavor is light, with nice notes of spice, lemon, grass, and straw. Although I’m not generally fond of these lighter beers, I really enjoyed this one. Nice to have tried another from the brewer.
