3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Lätt disig ljusgul öl med ett lätt vitt skum. Doften är lätt kryddig med en del citrus och lite blommig humlighet. I smaken dominerar citrusen och gör ölen mycket lättdrucken. Passar utmärkt i varma Florida. Bra för att ara en amerikansk wit.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Can. Malts are of moderate hay and light bread, perfume and grass for the hops, dough and leather for the yeast, with notes of wood, clove and other spices. Head is large, fizzy, white with a spot or two of lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is murky pale yellow. Flavor starts faintly sweet and moderately to heavily acidic, then finishes moderately acidic and lightly bitter. Palate is medium, watery with a fizzy carbonation. This is certainly the quintessential Witbier in my opinion. Every requisite is present in it, and above all it’s extremely refreshing.

12 ounce can
Thanks to tastybeer for the Christmas present. This was a very fine sessionable beer with the bonus that it comes in a can. If something like this were available locally it would be perfect for camping, mowing the lawn, or picnics. Drink it fresh and you will have a great time.
Aroma / Appearance - Pouring with a huge pillowy head this collapses into a golden carbonated base. The stark white head that reminds is like a dusting of snow. White pepper, bubblegum, and fruity esters sparkle with a light feel.
Flavor / Palate - Light hints of bubblegum brighten the mood before bananas and white pepper tickle the throat. A doughy finish tastes like liquid bread shots. The mildly bitter finish fades quickly. This is an ideal session beer that would not last long in the fridge.

12 oz. can via trade with smith4498 - Pours a hazy golden color with a large three finger thick white head. Very little lacing. Lively carbonation. Aroma is soapy esters and spice. The flavor has a bit of citrus. Light to medium body. A nice, easy drinking beer. Thanks Jason.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours hazy medium yellow under a fleeting white head.
Fresh lemon candy aroma.
The flavor is ever so slightly sweet and delivered on a spritzy palate with a citric/carbonic acid touch to the finish.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Can from beernads - thanks. Hazy golden color with big head head. Sweet clove and banana with mild vanilla, malted wheat and lemon/orange zest. Some mild floral hops. Flavor is watered-down citrus with wet wheat malt, faint vanilla and a mild hop finish. Great nose with average flavor profile. One of the better wits I’ve had. Good for a boring style.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Can as an extra from newcigarz (thanks man!). Aroma is Belgian yeast, toasted banana cream, coriander, and slight orange peel. Flavor smooths over the fruit flavors to bring out the wit. This is no thin wit either. Very good beer.

Was not impressed with this brew, very carbonated and almost soda-like, was difficult to taste anything more.
