COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Cracker Cowboys of Florida were colonial-era settlers, often of Scots-Irish descent, who arrived in Florida when Spain traded their territory of La Florida to the English. The term Cracker in Florida usage relates to the whip these "cow hunters" used to herd cattle in Florida’s Palmetto Prairies. Called Quáqueros by the Spanish, these hardy and hard working Cracker Cowboys helped to shape the history of Florida, the nation’s oldest cattle raising state. We brew Florida Cracker White ale with unmalted wheat, orange peel and coriander and then ferment it with a French Saison yeast strain to give it a spicy and dry finish. Perfect for a warm day on the Palmetto Prairie.

Can from Vinmonopolet, Kvadrat. Pours hazy pale golden with a small creamy white head. Aroma is strong, belgian yeast and orange peel. Taste is the same, high carbonated, good Wit.

Nearly opaque, honey coloured with a foamy fast fading white head. Noses of wheat and coriander with a light orange zesty aroma. Hints of barnyard and floral notes are present, too. Somewhat effervescent texture, light bodied. Light sweet-sourness. The finish is short and zesty.

Sample at S&G tasting. Had a bit of a stuffy nose during this tasting, so aroma will not be that accurate probably... APPEARANCE: light clouded blond beer, small unstable white head. NOSE: wheat, little hoppy. TASTE: wheat, citrus.

Can from ABC. Pours a murky orange with a medium frothy white head that disappears pretty quickly. Lacing is very thin. Aroma and taste are both fruity with a vague yeast backbone; the orange flavor is noticeable throughout. A pretty dry, thin finish, but incredibly refreshing on this 82 degree Florida "winter" day. Acquire. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Boks i julegave fra esp0r. Lys uklar farge. Moderat karbonert med hvit skumtopp. Smaker appelsin, hvete, koriander og gjær. En god wit. Frisk og lettdrikkelig

Pours a cloudy light orange with a small white head. Aroma of coriander, pale malts and light fruity yeasty notes. Taste is well balanced, allthough somewhat sweet. Also coriander and a light fruity touch. Close to fizzy on the palate, medium to light bodied.

Can. Nice aroma. Pale, hazy. Head vanished right after pouring. Light sweet, bit sour (as expected). Light bodied, thin, average carbonation. Would make nice beer for summer. OTOH, there’s nothing really special about it, and I’ve nicer Witbiers.

Poured from can into pint glass: Pours straw with a frothy white head. Aroma of orange peel, Belgian yeast, and coriander. Taste is more of the same with a really heavy does coriander. I’m not a huge fan of whites. This has a lot of flavor, I just don’t enjoy it much.Light body, burny finish.

Can from Dranken Geers, Oostakker, nr Gent, consumed at home, Merton, Oxon, Sunday 14th December 2014. Pours pale silvery/gold with a tiny white head. A bit twangy, wheaty and with a little thin vein of citrus. A touch of spice, its a little thin but its refreshing. Not my favourite style but it’s ok. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1
