COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Cracker Cowboys of Florida were colonial-era settlers, often of Scots-Irish descent, who arrived in Florida when Spain traded their territory of La Florida to the English. The term Cracker in Florida usage relates to the whip these "cow hunters" used to herd cattle in Florida’s Palmetto Prairies. Called Quáqueros by the Spanish, these hardy and hard working Cracker Cowboys helped to shape the history of Florida, the nation’s oldest cattle raising state. We brew Florida Cracker White ale with unmalted wheat, orange peel and coriander and then ferment it with a French Saison yeast strain to give it a spicy and dry finish. Perfect for a warm day on the Palmetto Prairie.

Ooo! Thx to my dad for mulling this back in an unnamed orifice. Poured out pretty clean but I had a feeling that this can needed a swirl like a nerd in a high school toilet stall. PIT V CLB game 4. Insanity. Going to OT! Smellz decent. Very nice wheat thankfully is plentiful, dirty orange, clove, coriander, banana, soap candies. Pleasantly fragrant. Sharp tangy spice all over the place, dominates. Very very dry and tart, coriander, orange can be found in vagueness, banana, pepper. Better than others but nothing exciting.

Can, bbotmc. Hazy blond with a big white head. Coriander and jasmine, a little soap and then some oranges in the nose. Soapy, yeasty, yet citrusy taste. Full body and a pleasing bitter, citrusy aftertaste.

Clear pale golden colour. Lots of bubbles coming to the top. Aroma of yeast, wheat, lemon, coriander and pale hop. Champagne taste. Lots of citrus remains in my mouth after a sip. A little earthy with some pine and spice. Pretty tasty, I like the bubbly full mouthfeel but it isn’t anything out of the ordinary.

New Beer Distributors, NYC 12oz ($2.25): Pours slightly hazy, light golden with a quickly dissipating loose head. Aroma is light spice, mild fruitiness, some banana, and yeast. Taste is somewhat complex for a Belgian wit. Mild underlying hoppiness that manifests itself more as the finish turns into the aftertaste. Nice dry finish. Mild sweetness. Quite good.

@ The Lets do a Chris O tasting. Pours blonde/yellow thin head. Slight lemon nose with some grass as well. Subtle spicy notes on the taste-buds. Not the best beer in the world, not the biggest nose, not the biggest taste but nice enough
