"The Cracker Cowboys of Scots-Irish descent. The term Cracker in Florida usage relates to the whip these "cow hunters" used to herd cattle in Florida." YEAH THAT’S WHAT EVERYONE THINKS ABOUT WHEN WHITE CRACKER IS SAID. WHAT THE FUCK DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH BELGIAN WITBIER. That being said it’s ok.

Can from my father (bought in Florida, possibly at the brewery). Light spicy and fruity smell. Similar taste. A bit sweet. Light body. Very refreshing.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft. Pours a hazy straw yellow beer with a small white head on top. Aroma of lemon, light herbs, coriander and some cheesy notes. Flavor is very fresh, citrussy, lemon, hint of fresh white grapes. Very nice for the style, one of the better examples I’ve had in a while. Gently carbonated, short bittersweet finish.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Refrescante.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Florida Cracker has a thick, spongy, white head, a hazy, yellow-gold appearance, some bubbles, and pretty substantial lacing left on the glass. The aroma is of very low level coriander spice, with white wheat bread. Taste is similarly dull & flaccid, with maybe, perhaps, a hint of citrus rind. There is the spice or white pepper thing, though. Tap water is picked up. Mouthfeel is light to medium, and Cigar City’s Florida Cracker finishes medium wet and dull. RJT

Light yellowish orange hazy in color. Smells like citrus with the same taste. Easy on the palate and easy to drink I like this and would pick up more of this beer. Had a light whitish head when poured.

Decent wit. Notes of coriander and spice are mild but enough to distinguish Fairly light in the mouth makes this a highly drinkable beer, especially in hot weather..
