3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
The beer starts smooth and Witbier-typical. The mainpart has the nice typical orange-coriander flavours, but these could be a bit more deeper and intense. The aftertaste is smooth, long, but I’m missing the typical dry spiciness of a good Belgium Witbier. For me it is too smooth and still too sweet in the background.
A nice try, but not an authentic copy of a Belgian Witbier --> 10/12/9/10

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours gold with a medium white head. Aroma is citrus, yeast, earthy and coriander. Taste is sweet, spicy and quick hit of tartness. Light bodied with a crisp finish. I really enjoyed this, there is most definitely a saison component to this that works perfectly.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tåget gul, livligt hvidt skum. Aroma: frugt hvede, sæbe... Diskret hvedesmag, en smule syre, mest i eftersmag. God prikkende carb. Forfriskende.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Can from Knightly in Orlando, FL. Pours gold with a foamy/fizzy white head. Aroma of zest. Med minus body. Flavor is zest, wheat and arguably coriander. It has a yeasty/earthy tang. Sort of a zesty saison? Finishes fairly dry, and hardly bitter. But the zest covers that.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
This may be my go to beer for the summer if I can get it. Nice and light in color with a thin white head. The aroma has some sugar and spice like a Belgian. The flavor starts sweet but has a nice bitter balance. Well done as usual.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Can, courtesy of martin00sr. Pours hazy pale yellow with airy white head. Clear, strong aroma of fruit, citrus, flowers and hops. Rough, estery and grainy flavour, with hoppy notes and distinct touches of citrus. Boozy aspects of sparkling wine. Rough aftertaste. Nice.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Can, 5.5%. Faint lemon peel aroma, the coriander seems to be hidden behind it. Cloudy pale yellow colour. Fizzy, unstable white head. The flavour is citric and yeasty with a little paper. Vinous aftertaste, like cheap champagne or white wine. Also a rough bitterness in the finish.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12/13/13 can, drunk 2/17/14
White head fizzles away to nothing almost as fast as I can pour, while the beer looks a cloudy peach with some bubbles rising.
Doughy nose shows off lemon sponge cake-like notes of malt and yeast combined, with strong coriander spiciness drying the finish. Other than the doughiness from the yeast, the aroma seems pleasant, if somewhat underwhelming.
Fizzy yet firmly carbonated, the spices don’t dominate the flavor, but do assert themselves quite well, lending lots of black pepper notes and citrus dryness. It balances the lightly sweet pale malts and the yeastiness also adds some light fruitiness. Nice and dry overall, with enough carbonation to make it very quenching. Good stuff, not reinventing the wheel here, but extremely drinkable.
