pours a light hazy yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is wheat, big green apple and peppery yeast. Taste is crazy green apple with wheat and an apple sweetness in the finish. Light and refreshing. Very tasty

On draft at brewery poured a light hazy yellow color with aromas of gren apples, light yeast, light pepper, and some candy. Flavors are the same sort of green apple candy with some light spice. Interesting take on this style.

On tap at the brewery. Nose is big green apple candy, yeast, wheat, spices, and some light citrus. Pour is hazy pale yellow with a fluffy white head. Taste is straight sour apple up front with spices and a nice yeasty/wheaty finish. Very nice.

Nose is big sour apple, sugars, yeasty and bready. Flavor is a good amount of apple presence, not over powering but a nice balance that makes this beer very refreshing and tart.

On draft at Cigar City. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Nose is some sweet citrus, some sour apple Jolly Rancher, and some sweet bread with light yeast. Flavor follows- big sour apple Jolly Rancher with some sweet bread and citrus. The citrus clashes a bit with the sour apple flavor. Sour apple lasts into the finish. Light to medium in body. Interesting idea.
