Big grapefruit aroma and flavor. Lots of hops. Passion fruit, guava, and tropical fruit flavor. Hazy gold appearance. Light yeast for a saison, hardly any of it really. But I enjoyed this beer. Thanks to Skyview for sharing.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Nose is somewhat tart and am not sure if its supposed to be this way. Some guava notes are nice, soft spice, yeast. Really nice orange amber pour, good lasting head. Tart initially. Tastes like its not supposed to be there. Underneath the tart is the guava and spicy saison notes. Drinks okay, but the tart pretty muc dominates. It still works, but I would like to try this they way it was intended. Lots of carbonation.

Cool looking 750ml bottle, thanks Hopscotch! Pours a really pretty, slight hazy orange with a huge head. Surprising, vibrant nose of sour citrus fruits, especially limes. Wow, really nice. Flavor is a bit yeasty with an interesting sour fruit kick to it, a little stone fruit. Not really a bretty or wild sourness, but focused and sharp. Good but not overly complex and slightly "plasticky" toward the end of the bottle. Still, I’m definitely impressed with this brewery so far.

Septemberfest. Sample from a bottle thanks to Suttree. Hazy orange with a white cover. Aroma is very tropical fruity, guava apparently, oranges, mango, dry and spicy. Taste is again nicely dry, with a big tropical sweetness coming over the top, guava, mango.

Bottle thanks to JMFG! Pours about six inches of head per one inch of beer.Pours a murky golden color. Aromas are barn funk, sour grapes and some yeasty esters. Strange that each sip is a bit different. Lemon zest sour grapes(guava?) and barnyard funk dominate this complex goodness. I dont care for most Saisons but this one is swaying me. Palte comes across watery and thin at times, but then it comes back. Still, a winner in my book.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle with thanks to mcbackus. Pours a massive head of dense bubbles with a little bit of an orange liquid at the bottom of the glass. Fruity aromas hit the nose from distance and closer inspection reveals a bit of sourness (like sour grapes). The head has receded about an inch, so I pour in some more liquid and the head shoots back up to the rim... this one is definitely a live wire. First sip reveals a lot of brett-like barnyard sourness with a touch of grass and fruit, but I’m not quite sure if I would pin the fruitiness as "guava" based. It seems to be more like lemon peels or something. The texture is nice enough... kind of smooth and light, but there are moments as it slides across the palate that it seems a bit watery and washed out. Then the bretty aftertaste kicks in and it’s all lemons and farm animals again.

750ml bottle brought over by DuffManSW, thanks Sean. Rating #81. Golden orangish pour with a big white head, this was very carbonated, really aggressive. Spicy light friuty aroma, very belgian like. Flavor was slightly tart, a little dry with some more friuty spiciness, not bad stuff at all. )
