4.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
This beer could only be brewed Florida, it just has the Florida essence to it. It has a great golden brown color, with a terrific pour. The aroma is obviously of fruits and citrus, and the flavor is not too overpowering. Get one now!!!!

Thanks to Justin for this 750mL bottle, poured into a tulip.
Pours a hazy but bright golden orange with a massive rocky white head that refuses to recede for a few minutes and leaves thick sheets of lacing down the sides.
The aroma is dominated by a lightly tart sweetness with lots of guava, pears and green apples and some spicy Belgian yeast as well. There is also a hint of earthy funk in the nose, though itís pretty subtle.
The taste seems to be a bit more complex and earthier. Itís got Belgian yeast, with some herbal notes and an overall earthy character. But there is plenty of sweet and sour fruits with, presumably, some guava and maybe some pineapple. The finish is slightly dry, though not exceedingly so, probably because of the fruity emphasis.
The mouthfeel is highly carbonated, very lively and ever-so-slightly acidic on the tongue.
This is another interesting mix of flavors from the guys at Cigar City and certainly an enjoyable saison. The fruity aspects of the beer are pretty strong and the finish isnít as dry as a traditional saison, but itís one Iíd recommend.

UPDATED: AUG 20, 2009 Big thanks to TampaBrews. Aroma of farmhouse yeast funk, carbonation, gumball, and citrus, all very well harmonized. Amazing, really. Hazy orange pour, effervescent. Initially large off-white head simmers down to an everlasting film of bubbles, temporary spots of lace. Flavor is noticeably tart, then dry, turning lightly sweet in the finish. Gumball yeasty funk forms the main base of the flavorís complexity, fruity elements, citrus and something grapey that must be guava, abound on the front, finsihing up sweeter, floral, and lightly chalky. Very lively palate, medium body, dry but only slightly astringent. Will stop gushing now and finish my glass.

1 pint 9.4 fl. Oz. Bottle thanx to Dchmela and his super sixpack shipper. Nice cloudy amber pour with a great foamy head. For a Belgian Ale it is pretty sour. Lemon zest fruity barley. Lovein it!

750mL bottle into an abbey glass. The pour is deep cloudy orange with a two-finger thick creamy off-white head that reminds of merangue. The aroma is of Belgian blonde ale in a way, but with more pronounced tartness and lemon pie. The flavor is immediately sour and sweet like nice lemon pie/cake on top of tropical fruits, bread, yeast, and a hint of metal. The carbonation is quite high, but thatís to be expected.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at House of Beer...pours hazy, light brown with an orange tint. Generous off-white head that provides some streaky lacing...Nose of sour citrus, funky yeast, peaches, and apricots. The flavors are well balanced mix of sour fruits, cellar funk, and sweet malts. Very dry, moderate carbonation, and a puckering, tart finish. Very nice brew...

Bottle. Poured cloudy brownish orange with a a creamy head. Aroma is tart citrus and spice, a little like some of the LA sours. Taste is acetic with citrus, light funk, spice, yeast. Finish is tart. Overall, a nice brew thatís kind of a mix between a sour, saison, & fruit. Pretty nice.

25.4 oz bottle. Murky orange with some creamy white haze. Nose is yeast with hints of guava and vinegar. Medium light with a mild sparkle. Taste is guava, lemon-lime and dough. Tart and refreshing finish. I didnít get as much guava as in the cedar IPA as it seemed to get canceled out by the sour citrus flavors.
