12oz can canned on 05/20/14 via trade with djd07. Poured a medium density deep orange marmalade body under a foamy brighter white head. Aroma of orange slices, wood, toast, chaff, tangerine, yellow grapefruit. Good body, refreshing, medium bodied, softer carbonation, delicate and quocker fading bitterness on the end. Flavor is spicy, cinnamon stick, cinnamon bread, dry toast, citrus rind, oranges, tangerine. Good stuff.

Bottle thanks to Homer! Pours hazy orange amber with a freaking huge beige head. Pain in the ass to pour, and the head actually has decent creaminess and dissipates slowly with nice lacing. Aroma is caramel, pine, oak, oranges. Flavor is medium sweet, light bitter, oaky caramel, pine and vanilla. Medium body, interesting beer, not really getting much maple.

This one poured a bright orange color with a white head. Aroma was of orangey hops, grass, caramel, and maple. Flavor was bitter citrus Hood upfront, followed by light caramel sweetness and then finally a big maple finish. Pretty surprised the maple really came through on this one.

Cans. Pours a golden orange with a full white head. Aromas of candied orange peel and vanilla. Some citrus hops. Flavor is pretty similar, taste is bitter. Medium thin body. Ok carb level. Weird vanilla to it.

Cans from Whole Foods in Boca Raton. Home snifter. Pours a muddy looking orange-brown with a one finger head. Ring lasted and sporadic lacing. Aroma is some citrus fruits like orange and mango with spices, little musty hops, some light butterscotch. Taste is very nice with spices, malt backbone, dank hops, fruity citrus, and butterscotch. Moderate carb, medium light body. Bitter finish with some sweetness from spices.

Very murky. Maple, wood, grass, pine in the aroma. Interesting palate, oranges, fruits and some oak. Very nice and different

Can thanks to DrewFace. Drank from the can. Nose is hoppy with a soft pine presence. slightly grassy. a faint wood smell behind all that. Taste is initially a weird malty sweet woody character. It kind of grows on you, but at first it is a weird, messy combo. Fruitiness intensifies as you drink it. it’s ok, but I much prefer white oak Jai Alai over this.

Can thanks to Alex. Pours a clear orange with small off white head. The aroma is pine and floral hop. Thin mouthfeel with light spice, sweet hop, and light bitter finish. Decent.

Pours a hazy, light amber with a frothy off-white head. Nice retention. Aroma is resinous hops, tropical fruit, orange candies, and a hint of molasses which I guess is coming from the wood it was aged on. Flavor is different than you’d expect. There is a definite citrusy sweetness that lingers throughout the entire sip. The bitterness keeps is rounded out and the flavor profile is surprisingly mild and refreshing. Flavor is mild hops, citrus flavored candy, maple, and a nice malt flavor as it settles onto the palate. Very drinkable beer. Medium bodied, perfectly carbonated. Overall another solid beer from CC.
