Can. Pours a light orange with a thin head and aromas of peach, mango and tea or something spicy. Flavor is a bit of an astingent blast with some tropical fruit, but I canít quite get past the odd little tanin edginess.

Mostly clear, oaky gold. Big floofy head. OK can. Muted APA aroma. Grassy, malty, tangerine zesty, moderately sweet, nicely hopped flavor. Medium body. Citrus zest aftertaste. Pretty crisp. Good. ABC Liquors, Betton.

can. Pours a hazy golden color with small off-white head. Aroma is hoppy, citrus and pine with some grapefruit. Definite orange peel notes in the flavor of this hoppy beer. Bit of spiciness as well. Medium bodied. Nicely done.

Iím a sucker for wood aged IPAís and this is no different. Deep orange color with notes of citrus and sweet caramel. Bright citrus taste with subtle wood flavors. Itís no White Oak Jai Alai, but pretty darn good.

12oz can. Orange amber color with one finger head. A little citrus, orange, wood in the aroma. Definitely can taste the wood from the bats, it works well with the beer. Some orange, and a little grapefruit. Pretty good beer.

12 oz can. Orange amber body with lots of sediment in the glass and a small white head of small bubbles. Caramel oak and grapefruit hops along with distinct caramel in the aroma. Sweet malts in the flavor mixed with wood chips, grapefruit rind a lingering bitterness. Delicious and refreshing.

From notes. Tasted some time near the summer of 2012 from a capped 750mL bottle. Pours light orange with an average white head that leaves average, sticky lace. The nose is resin bitterness with tons of grapefruit peel and a malty maple characteristic. The flavor seems a bit disjointed with not much on the front and aggressive hops and baking spice bitterness on the back. The body is medium with lively carbonation and a long, very bitter finish.

I got this 12oz can as a trade extra. It says CCB on it and Homefront IPA but it says special edition so Iím not sure if this is the right place to rate it or not? Can was silver and plain looking, nothing like the pic on here. Pours a hazy orange with fluffy white head. Lots of white chunks in it and can was canned in May. Aroma was malty, wood, orange, and musty. Taste was a malt bomb, sweet but yet very sour as well. Did get some orange and wood notes as well. Wasnít impressed, but again, it was 90 days out from canning so who knows.
