Bottle at home with friends...thanks for cooking Dan! Snifter. Pours a hazy orange brown with a thin head. Aroma of cedar spirals and sour lacto right away with some peaches and mangoes. The taste is sour notes with the lacto yeasts, fruity flavors like peach and mango, the cedar spirals which add that lovely cedar/sandalwood aromatics especially on the finish. Medium sour. Medium body and clean woody finish. I love this one from CCB.

Bottle thanks to Will. Pours a cloudy orange with small off white head. The aroma is funk and wood. Thin mouthfeel with nice sour citrus, wood, and light tart finish, easy to drink, very good.

Pours a hazy golden orange from the bottle with thin white head that leaves light lace. Aroma is sour funk with an overlong spicy vanilla of ask the cigar city humidor beers with cedar. Taste is more towards the sour, lemon tartness with just a hint of the cedar. Good, but I think it would have been better fresh.

Bottle provided to me by Eric: Neato combination of tropical fruit and mild acidity over some woody earthy notes. Best of all it is not a vinegar bomb. Excellent complexity. I am digging this sessionable soured ale. It is noted that as it warmed near room temps the cedar did start to take over.

Pours a hazy amber golden with a wispy head. Nose is grapefruit, bitter grapefruit skin. cigar box cedar, wood, a little tartness if I'm really looking, a little black pepper. Taste is very different from nose. Taste is citrus tartness, sour apple, some grapefruit juice, not bitter at all, cedar especially on the finish. This is a really good and interesting beer. Moderate sourness, tempered greatly by strong cedar and grapefruit notes, makes for a unique sour. I love the humidor series, and this is no exception. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle... Pours hazy and orange with a small, creamy, white head. Decent retention. Fruity, acidic, black-peppery nose. Full-bodied and a tad oily with buzzing carbonation. The flavor is bright, tart and fruity, and is accompanied by lesser degrees of cedar-driven black pepper and bread-crusty bitterness. Trends toward the tart side of balance. Finishes with a lightly tannic bitterness. Thanks goes out to burg326 for hooking me up with a bottle of this!
