3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle at home with friends...thanks for cooking Dan! Snifter. Pours a hazy orange brown with a thin head. Aroma of cedar spirals and sour lacto right away with some peaches and mangoes. The taste is sour notes with the lacto yeasts, fruity flavors like peach and mango, the cedar spirals which add that lovely cedar/sandalwood aromatics especially on the finish. Medium sour. Medium body and clean woody finish. I love this one from CCB.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle a few years old from the cellar. Pours thick and unclear orange and amber in color. Aroma brings some unique funk and aged yeast, of sure how I feel about the funk. Had it a few years ago when I got it in Tampa and the lacto hadnít quite developed enough, they dry tartness is now present for sure. There is a tangy flavor on a thicker than expected body as well. Donít know that this bottle hasnít already peaked maybe.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
From bomber at a bottle share. Probably the most unique beer of the evening. Itís essentially a sour mixed with a cedar closet. Very balanced.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle, thanks to Homer. Pours hazy light amber; white head. Aroma: sweet tarts; old hops, vegetal, tartness, brown sugar. Cedar yo. Taste: Moderately sweet, light tartness, like a vegetal candy. With caramel and nondeScript fruitiness. Easy to drink, though. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Overall: interesting, nice, feels like itís a bit older than ideal (or maybe younger than ideal -- like I hit the anti-sweet spot). Also, from my reaction to every beer Iíve had to night, maybe Iím just grumpy, so will gladly re-rate if I encounter this beer again.

Where the Wild Beers Are, 2014. Sour aroma. It has cedar, and lots of it. I pick up some fruit flavor. Lightly tart finish. Good.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle shared by "Douglas88" (many thanks!). Colour...cloudy gold with a thin head. Nose...cedar greens, lime zest and lemon curd. Palate...very tangy! The tang dissipates a bit then the cedar comes on big! This tastes like a light bodied cigar! Thereís loads of citrusy flavour and even more cedar stave on the soft palate. Nice!

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Amber with deep orange highlights. Thin white foam. Fruity and musk. Light grape note. Very tart and dry. Cedar doesnít show until the end lending a strange twist to the sour fruit. Different.

Bottle that I brought to WTWBA 2014 in Minneapolis. Golden orange pour, fairly clear. Sweet, lacto-sour, and some cedar. This was pretty cool.
