Bottled @ CBC 2013: Black coloured. Dense brown head. Aroma: Chocolate, coffee, cedar, liqourice, pine, grape. Flavour: light fruits, light roast, liqourice, grape, spice, pine, some alcohol. Medium to full bodied. Ends light bitter and roasted with a light alcoholbite on lips and palate.

Bottle at CBC 2013. Black - offwhite head. Nice hoppy, bruned malts, cedar, white peppery, spicy, light herbal, ok bitterness, some caramel, dry burned malty. Lovely.

Bottle sampled at CBC 2013. Pours black with a beige head. Aroma of grass, grapefruit, roasted malt, coffee and dark chocolate. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Brown with a small tan head. Roasted aroma and taste, hops, soy, licorice, chocolate and some grass. Quite nice.

Light roasted aroma of caramel, cedar and hops.
Sweet and roasted flavour of caramel with notes of cedar.
