Clear medium amber color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy orange - apricot, passion fruit, black pepper, cedar wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, peppery (cedar wood). Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100606]

Bottled at RBESG 2010 Grand Tasting. An unclear golden beer with an orangey head. The aroma has powerful notes of cedar wood, combined with medium notes of mahagoni and pepper. The flavor is acidic with notes of malt, caramel, cedar wood and pepper.
