Fra keg på Craft St Marys Axe 30 Nov 15. Delt med Rune. Gyldenbrun. Lavt skum. Søt maltaroma. Smaken virker uferdig. Maltsuppe. Lett syrlig ettersmak.

Pours hazy gold with a foamy white head. Nose is fairly subdued and mostly floral hops with a pinch of sweetnes. flavor is surprisingly rich with a good balance of barley sweetness with decently potent hopping. very drinkable and well made especially considering the relatively low alcohol content.

can from mathieuc, many thanks buddy! pours clear bright golden with a small white cap offering some retention and lacing. fresh bright oranges, spicy orchardness, lean lightly toasted maltiness - rye, leafy cones, herbal tea - never too bitter not astringent, clean yeast. moderate carbonation, light body, smooth and balanced spicy-citrusy finish. high drinkability. not quite juicy. good stuff though - like a toast of spicy rye bread with a generous fruity marmelade.

Canned on 10/19/2015. This was poured into a becher glass. The appearance was a light semi-burnt golden amber color with a sly carbonation running up into a quickly dissipating one finger white foamy head. Nice rings of lace slide in and around the glass. The smell had a light dried citrus to pine aroma combining over top of some caramel malt. The taste was semi-sweet with the bitterness displacing a well rounded malty sweet flavor. Lingering malty aftertaste. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a decent sessionable feel about it. Carbonation runs sly with the maltiness sticking decently to my tongue. Overall, decent APA, glad I tried but see other APA’s more desirable.

Pours a clear golden with a small white head that leaves some lacing. Nose is of juicy tropical fruits and light grass. Taste is of oranges, light onion and cereals. Moderately bitter and pretty dry. Body is light to medium and carbonation moderately high, rendering the mouthfeel a bit thin. Assertive bitter finish but not harsh. Overall a pretty good pale ale, not a mindblower but still pretty good.

Can (12 oz). About one month old, so rather fresh. From mathieuc, thanks! Split 3-ways with JulienHuxley and Luk_. Slightly hazy golden with a small white head and little lacing. Like Julien said, the nose feel "old" despite the can being fresh. There’s a nice maltiness and some of the juicy presence stated in the deScription but I also get some odd Welch grape juice notes as well as mild spiciness. Taste isn’t as juicy as expected but there’s a more than decent malt backbone, combined to mild malt spiciness, leafy notes, hints of tropical fruits and mild to moderate bitterness. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Fruity and mildly spicy finish. Could be dryer. Disappointing coming from Cigar City, but not really awful either. Just a decent average Pale Ale.

12 oz. can, consumed on 11-17-15. Pours a cloudy, dark gold with suspended particulate and a large amount of uneven, beige head. Produces long-lasting, thick lacing. Citric, soapy aroma features scents of rhubarb and lemon-flavored mineral water. Pleasant, dry, citric, lightly piney flavor. Peach and grapefruit as well as dust. Dry aftertaste. Soft in the palate. Reasonably lively. An above average though not great pale ale.

Can shared. Almost clear gold-amber pour with white head. Aroma is slightly old even though it was canned on Oct 19th, malty notes, light fruity peach notes, light tropical aromas, pineapple. Taste is bitter, leafy, tea, old IPA, earl grey, light lemony notes. Palate is med bodied with light carbonation. Decent.

On tap at All In Beer Fest. Fruity and hoppy smell with citrus well oranges to be particular. Similar taste. High carbonation. The smell was best.

Taste of super crisp fresh hoppy grassy notes, Bright gold in color clear as crystal. Grassy nose with a white foamy head.
