4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20 fiulijn (10383) - Como, ITALY - DEC 30, 2009
Draught at Ginger Man, NYC Hazy amber color; beautiful creamy head; nice lace. Very nice aroma, fruity and resiny; light bubble-gum, citrusy; very light cheese. Good body and good mix of malt and toffee flavor; surely bitter, with some of the bitterness coming from bitter oranges, and resins; it’s as well creamy. Long final, with light alcohol impression too. Very good.
