COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An aggressively hopped robust porter named for the Cuban national hero who also spent a significant amount of time in Tampa and gained prominence in Latin American literature from the poetry, essays, and publications he contributed to in his lifetime.

12 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is fruity and dark roasted malty. Dry malty, fruity, slight acidic and solid hoppy. Light soapy. Bitter and dark roasted malty. Light liqourice. Dark roasted malty finish.

Bottle at Papsř. Cloudy red brown coloured with a medium sized beige head. Sweet and light roasted aroma of dark chocolate with notes of caramel. Sweet and light roasted flavour of caramel, vanilla and dark chocolate with notes of hops. Roasted and hoppy finish.

Opaque black beer, tidy pale tan head. Slightly soft palate, dry. Tangy dark malt. A little smoke and a trace of roast. Subtle red berry fruits underneath. Somewhat bitter finish, semi dry. Not the most easy going of porters but tasty!

Bottle on Angs birthday. Black beer lasting cream head. Lots and lots of choc. Its got something woody about it in the mouth. Bit thin in the mouth. Decent dark choc but not a world beater
